Leche Plan ( Egg Custard )


I made this dessert this afternoon for our supper but we didn't even have the supper yet and its already gone because me and my son eat it non-stop and my husband only got one spoon (mga ulit jud). Chance just love it he will cry if i stop feeding him. It is really good and the best leche plan i made compared before. Got this recipe from a friend here. It is very easy and quick. I will list the recipe below if your interested.


Ingredients:
1 can 14 oz. condensed milk (carnation)
1 can 14 oz. evaporated milk ( carnation)
13 egg yolk
2 tbsp. Brown or white sugar (for caramelized). I add just little water on it so it wont stick. If you want more caramel you can add more sugar.

Preparation:

Use a hand mixer. Mix well slowly, the condensed milk, evap milk, egg yolk. Make sure it wont make bubble so it looks very soft. After mixing, sift it ( salain ). Set aside. Caramelized the sugar when its done put it in the leche plan pan or any small baking pan then add those mixing. Steam for 45 minutes or less if the stick is already clear mean its done.

hello em gi gutom ko sa imong leche plan da!, ill will try to cook this tomorrow, then i post nako kong naka himo ko..but ask ko em, big can ni sya ang condensed and evap milk?
