Getting ready for hunting season

Ready to fired!

My husband took his day off today so we went grocery shopping and bought some stuff for hunting. After shopping we went to the woods and try shooting his new gun that he bought couple months ago. I tried one of his old guns but I didn’t got to hit my target because it's heavy, when I hit the trigger my other hand keeps moving. I like the lighter gun he have because I always hit my target and not that loud. The new one he have I didn't try I got scared it's so heavy and very loud. I cross my hand on that one. So hunters enjoy for this upcoming hunting season.

Winter Season

All right winter season is here. Couple days ago it's started snowing already but its not that much. Today it was freezing cold 24 degrees outside. We didn't get up early for church today we sleep in because of too cold. Our body needs to start adopting this freezing cold weather again. It's time to wear heavy and warm clothing to survive this season. We went to store today to shop for my husband's boots because he doesn't like his old boots any more. Boy! His boots is expensive $89.99 and that's already on sale. I bought a boots for myself couple weeks ago on ebay it was only $12.99 plus $14.99 shipping lol. That's the difference of me and my husbands I am so cheap and end up don't like it. I bought a leopard boots on ebay it looks so nice on the picture but when it arrive I kinda don’t like it. So I plan to sell it back in ebay so I can get my money back. Here's the picture of the boots I bought and tell me what you think? I already have 6 pairs of boots anyway so I really don't need that much but I am just a girl who like to match my outfit if possible :).

Got our plane ticket!

Next month we are going to visit my bestfriend and my cousin in California. We already bought our plane ticket. I was a little upset on the prize of the ticket because the first few times I check it was only $300 plus but later on it becomes $400 plus each. If only I know it will go up I suppose to buy it that time. But oh well forget the money for now because I'm excited for the trip. Finally I can go to California after 3 years here in the US and spend time with my bestfriend. We will stay there for 8 days. It's gonna be fun!

Puppy listen!











Lately we take care of a cute little puppy from our neighbor because chance likes it. He had fun playing with the puppy. They keep chasing each other all over the house and chance just keep laughing. They just funny so I took a picture when chance read a book to the puppy. When the puppy won’t look at on the book he will pull the puppy’s head close to the book. My husband said we should get a puppy for chance but I just don’t like having a puppy always inside the house because of the fur. Everytime there’s a dog in the house I feel like theirs a fur in my throat all the time and makes me keeps spitting. Sometimes is just fine but not all the time. I didn’t say I don’t like dogs I like them their cute but I just can’t handle there fur all the time.

Hunting a deer not a bear!

Our neighbor came to our house and tells me what happen to him when he went deer hunting this afternoon. He said he sat down by the big tree and just patiently waiting for some deer to come out. Until he hear something walking towards him from the other side of the tree. So he got excited and just keep waiting until it come closer to him and about 2-3 feet he face it but it wasn’t a deer it’s a big black bear. He said he was so scared and almost has heart attack because the bear is almost as big as he is. The bear was scared too at him and run fast away from him. That was just funny and scary!:)

This time of crisis it doesn’t mean that we have to stop buying stuff for ourselves specially our daily needs. Of course we still have to buy some thing but wisely. I consider myself as a wise shopper. If I buy something it has to be affordable that is on my budget. I usually don’t buy expensive or popular brand name products, as long as the quality are great and looks good and comfortable on me that’s enough. Those are the only important things anyway it doesn’t have to be expensive to have a luxury life. As long as you have all the things you need and happy on what you have. That way you can save money for some other things. My husband and I do our shopping online most of the time because there is a lot of choices and great deals we can find. We don’t have to drive store to store to compare prizes so with that we can save lots of gas money. Plus some store online offer shipping discount if you buy more than one product from their store. Candies for trick or treat!

Today I went to store to buy some bag of candies for tomorrow’s trick or treat. Boy I thought it was cheaper today to buy a candy but it double the prize than last week. I have to buy lots of candies because theirs gonna be lots of kids trick or treating in our house because we live across the fire department and all kids go there then afterwards go to our house. I remember last year I run out of candies so we have to close all the lights in our house and just went to our friends house so if there's somebody knocks our door were not there:). But tomorrow maybe chance and I and my sister-in-law with her kids go trick or treat for a little bit so we get our candy and chocolate back:). Then if I have a lot I put it in my (balikbayan box) for Philippines:).

Lunch @ China Buffet

Today is my husband's day off so we have lunch outside at the China Buffet. They always have good food. One thing I like about china buffet is you can eat every food they have for only $6.45 and you don't need to give tips because it's a buffet so it's serve your own but we still leave few dollars on the table to clean it. Just give a respect to waitresses plus that's the American way to give tips. Even thought I'm not American but I live in this country so I have to go with the flow. When I plan to eat at china buffet I won't eat that much breakfast so I can eat a lot at the buffet lol. Before we get there we are so hungry and get lots of food and end up can't eat all the food we get and just go to waste because at the buffet you can't bring home left over but if it's allowed I will get lots of food lol. I feel bad because I know there is a lot of people all over the world that is starving. Now what I do is just get some and just get some more later when I still want to eat. Today I'm giving my husband a lesson because he always get two full plate of food because he gets so tempted with all those yummy food and just end up not eating the other plate because he have enough.

Busy Cleaning w/my son

Today I was so busy cleaning inside the house because in the pass few days I’m so busy helping my husband rebuilding and cleaning our garage so I didn’t have time to clean inside. It was a big mess and so yucky when I step on the wood floor. So I really have to do lots of cleaning. I have to vacuum the carpet and sweep the wood floor then after that had to scrub and map it. My son just patiently waiting and following me wherever I go. I was so tired and feel dizzy already. I didn’t realize it was already 2:00 PM and we still don’t have lunch. When I went to the kitchen to have something to eat my son already in they’re sitting down on the floor with a big bag of cereal. He doesn’t like to be hungry, he usually just grab food in the counter. His good eater he eats about anything so that’s really nice.

Make-over

It's me! One day I got bored and nothing to do. I bought a new set of make-up lately so I tried it on and practice on how to put make-up nicely. I think I did a good job this time lol. My make-up are from different brands and very affordable. My eye shadow is from cover girl, lipstick from max factor, blush on and foundation from L’Oreal. I like to wear make-up that matches with my outfit. That's how colorful my life.

Heart Breaking Letter

I got this on my email. My friend forward it to me and I thought of posting this very heart breaking letter from an innocent baby girl.

Dear Mommy,

I am in Heaven now, sitting on Jesus' lap.
He loves me and cries with me; for my heart has been broken.
I so wanted to be your little girl. I don't quite understand what has happened.
I was so excited when I began realizing my existence.
I was in a dark, yet comfortable place. I saw I had fingers and toes.
I was pretty far along in my developing, yet not near ready to leave my surroundings.
I spent most of my time thinking or sle eping .
Even from my earliest days, I felt a special bonding between you and me.
Sometimes I heard you crying and I cried with you. Sometimes you would yell or scream, then cry.
I heard Daddy yelling back.
I was sad, and hoped you would be better soon.
I wondered why you cried so much. One day you cried almost all of the day.
I hurt for you. I couldn't imagine why you were so unhappy.
That same day, the most horrible thing happened.
A very mean monster came into that warm, comfortable place I was in.
I was so scared, I began screaming, but you never once tried to help me.
Maybe you never heard me.
The monster got closer and closer as I was screaming and screaming,
"Mommy, Mommy, help me please; Mommy, help me."
Complete terror is all I felt.
I screamed and screamed until I thought I couldn't anymore.
Then the monster started ripping my arms off.
It hurt so bad; the pain I can never explain.
It didn't stop. Oh, how I begged it to stop.
I screamed in horror as it ripped my leg off.
Though I was in such complete pain, I was dying.
I knew I would never see your face or hear you say how much you love me.
I wanted to make all your tears go away.
I had so many plans to make you happy.
Now I couldn't; all my dreams were shattered.
Though I was in utter pain and horror, I felt the pain of my heart breaking, above all.
I wanted more than anything to be your daughter.
No use now, for I was dying a painful death.
I could only imagine the terrible things that they had done to you.
I wanted to tell you that I love you before I was gone, but I didn't know the words you could understand.
And soon, I no longer had the breath to say them; I was dead.
I felt myself rising. I was being carried by a huge angel into a big beautiful place.
I was still crying, but the physical pain was gone.
The angel took me to Jesus and set me on His lap.
He said He loved me, and He was my Father. Then I was happy. I asked Him what the thing was that killed me. He answered, "Abortion.
I am sorry, my child; for I know how it feels."
I don't know what abortion is;
I guess that's the name of the monster.
I'm writing to say that I love you and to tell you how much I wanted to be your little girl.
I tried very hard to live.
I wanted to live. I had the will, but I couldn't; the monster was too powerful.
It sucked my arms and legs off and finally got all of me. It was impossible to live.
I just wanted you to know I tried to stay with you.
I didn't want to die.
Also, Mommy, please watch out for that abortion monster.
Mommy, I love you and I would hate for you to go through the kind of pain I did.

Now talking about a life-changing journey. For me it’s when I came to the United States for my special someone. At first it was hard and sad because I miss everything on my country especially my family. Almost everything here is different, the culture, food, climate and language. Adjustment is one thing and it does takes while but that’s life. All in all it was an exciting journey I have been.

My big boy!

My 20 months old son is getting big and smarter. Every time he got dirty and wet diaper he will go to his room and get a diaper and bring it to me. He will just lay down on the floor and ready to be change. He can say some words and can count numbers too, when I say one he will say two then when I say two he will say three lol. He like tractor likes his dad. Few days ago we went to a john Deere dealership and when I just took him out outside the car and see all those tractor he go nuts. He touches every tractor and climb on it and keep saying tractor tractor tractor. He is so excited to see all those tractor around him.

Friend's Baby Shower Party!

Yesterday I went to a baby shower party to my friends. Their is about 20 pinay attended on the party. It was still fun mingling and chitchating with friends. Nobody cooked a rice noodles though which I want to have and no Filipino dessert. It was a pot lock party and I think most of us expected that other people would bring the good stuff lol. Most food is meat like beef calderita which I did and theirs also chicken calderita. They are still taste good though.

This morning I was browsing something on Ebay and at the same time keep refreshing my PPP to take some opportunity. One opportunity turns available on me but at first when I look at it was $5.00 for 200 words for me to write so I then told myself not to take it. PR Come And Go

Huhuhu! Why? Oh why? When you’re away I want to cry for you it is nothing but for me it is frustrating. Toink! I'm on drama mode because ten days ago I got my PR 1 but today it's gone! As in back to zero again. What did I do wrong? Nothing! That's why they took it away: (. That time when I got my PR I feel so lucky and proud but now just a little bit of like this and that. Now I can't grab opportunities that have PR 1. I should say that when the game is over it all goes back in the box. Right! It will come and go. Oh well I guess I just has to accept the fact that the birds fly with their (pakpak) feathers:).
