I need advice or comments

Hey guys help me decide for crying out loud :). My husband work on car dealership and today he ask me to go to the dealership and look at the SUV Buick Rendezvous car, he got on trade today. He want me to sell or trade my pt cruiser which is i like it because its already paid off and the size is cute like me :) with sunroof on it. Now he want me to have the SUV because of the nice features or any echos of that car and said much safer for me during winter time Co's its four wheel drive. I told my husband i don't like big cars because its making me look more small hehehe and making me hard time to park but he said i won't have a hard time because the car got censor that if i am too close to other car or any object it will bling2x. Plus hubby said he can ask discount to his big boss because he work there if he can buy it for $3k-$4k for me and the retail price of that car is $9000 and if brand new is about $35K. It is really a nice SUV but i still love my old car hard to let her go (Drama oi!)... What do you think guys??? Right now I'm still thinking whats my decision gonna be and i only have until Tuesday to decide then the deal is over.

I did go back today on the purses or bags sale as i said yesterday. And i did it again :) ask more discount and this time she give me much better deals than yesterday i got three more bags, its buy 2 and get 1 for Free... Ohlala!!! You can see it on the pictures here, each of them original price on tags is $40.00 or more but i only bought all of them for $20.00. Isn't that a nice deal??? The lady said she like me co'z i make her laugh on asking discounts that even if on a single dime " daginoton" . Today is her last day sale and she said they gonna move to other state which is in minnesota. Oh boy no more sale:)... Great DEals

Today is nice and warm outside whew! summer is on the way. Me and my son go for a drive around the town and hit some garage sale and yard sale. Theirs one lady selling a whole bunch of patch brand purses or bags for only $10.00 each, she said she use to have purse party and now she stop and sell everything. And this is what i got 2 brand new purses and still has tags on it. The pink purse tags says $40.00 original price and the brown one cost $45.00 original price. Now my Filipino style or attitude still work here :), I ask some more discount that if i can buy the two purses for $15.00 and guess what she accept my offer oh! Yeah!!!!.. Watta awesome deal i got, i love them they looks great. I check them on eBay purses brand patch and some of them are really expensive. Now I'm thinking i could go back there tomorrow if she still have it and ask some more great deals and i will buy some more and sell it on eBay ehehehe... Good business for me, I sell stuff in eBay now just to make a little money so i don't have to always depend on my papa Jared for shopping. Check this out and give it a try. This is the place where we live, up north in shell lake, state of Wisconsin. Its not a big city but its a peaceful little town close to the lake and free from traffic. I love it when its summer time its really nice we are only 3 blocks away from the lake so we can just walk there and go swimming. I cant wait when its really warm outside Co's right now the lake still pretty cold but soon by June its gonna be nice. This town also called the vacation land belong in washburn county. During summer time lots of people come here for camping, theres an area that you can park your motor home or camper by the lake. Lots of fun you can do up here, and theirs a place you can rent a boat, pontoon, sailboat or a jet ski. Their is also an americ-inn hotel that is also close to the lake and they have swimming pool, slide, hot tub and some rooms got jacuzzi. Lake is also close to the grocery store. And if you feel like going shopping we are 30 minutes away from mall which is in rice lake and if you want a big mall we are two hours away from the mall of America which is in twin cities Minneapolis. This is what we did for the last three days. Our son swing set. He likes to play outside, now he have lots of new friends our neighbors kids. Our yard seems like a park now, no privacy...Great!!!...:) Ohhh! well i guess its just fine he likes to play with other kids.

So tired

OMG! Its Sunday and most people its rest day but for us not today...Got so busy today, I am so tired my husband wake me up early today to help him assemble the swing set in our yard so our son can play outside this summer time. My husband is a kind of person that if he have a project to do he wanna finish it right away. We didn't even go to church today. And we go to an auction today and got some stuff in really good deals, We bought a chair that swing and got it for a half price and lots of outside toys for our son that goes to his swing set or in the sand box. Oh! thanks god were done on that project. Have to go to bed now got back pain already, guys I'll do my blog hopping tomorrow.

Kids time - Parents time

Once a week me and my little guy go to a playgroup at the Family Lake land Resource. We love it we can interact with other people talk about parenting and other stuff. Chance having fun playing with other kids. Its just nice and really healthy for my little guy to get out of the house and explore something different, learn new things and make friends. One thing i like about this group is free, no need to register and they have lots of stuff that kids can play or learn. Kids can paint, read books, play piano about anything. And they give free snack too for kids. So guys if your interested in a playgroup check out in your community.

Big Black Bear

This afternoon we go for a drive to my brother-in-laws house that they just bought and it is in the country side. When we are done looking at there house we head back and on our way theirs a van who stop at the middle of the road so we had to stop too. The guy ask if we see a BEAR and my husband said no so we back-up a little and in the other people house we see the big black bear right in front of the window eating a bird feeder. That was kinda scary and i was excite too co's it was my first time seeing a really big bear and really close to the house:)...I was thinking if it happen we live out there I'm not gonna get out of the house. I tried to take picture but i missed it, the bear run right away when he notice us.

Today i visit my husband where he work and have lunch together. After we have lunch before i head home i stop at dairy queen to have some refreshment then i just go to the drive tru so i don't have to get out in the car, when i stop my car to take an order their was a guy with his kids eating outside the Dairy Queen then he walk and stand up in front of my car then when i open my window wondering, why??? The guy said: "Ohhh!!! I thought it was Whitney Houston, I was gonna take a sneak on her"..... I was thinking WHAT??? never in my whole life somebody told me i look like Whitney Houston. Well maybe my skin tan. LOL. When i drove home i just keep laughing and laughing of that guy. Kinda feel good sometimes when somebody thinks your a celebrity hahaha!!! even if it was wrong.

Saving Money

Every month I take care of paying the bills for my husband and I. $80 for the local telephone bill, $90 for direct TV, and $30 for Internet. Plus a cell phone bill, plus, plus, plus. It's getting crazy all the money we spend. My husband finally did some price checking with different companies and was able to cut price almost in half by combining services with one company. Instead of have a 3 different bills with 3 different companies we have 1 bill for $140 for Internet, dish TV, and a phone services. The amazing thing is we got more TV choices, faster Internet and free long distance. It's amazing better service, more service, and 2 less bills. Check it out and save $$$.

Mothers Day Party!

Today we celebrate mothers day in my in-laws house. We always go out there and other relatives every holidays or any special occasions, just celebrate, eat and play games. Its fun i like it. They live out in the country so the kids can play about anything like going for a four wheeler ride with their grandpa, chance just love it there he won't give up play in even if his so tired and sleepy already. My in-laws are good cook and most of it are homemade so yummy.

My honey bunny got a mothers day present for me this pink laptop. Whew! Thank you babes...But i don't have it yet he just order it online hehehe!!! I'm excited because its pink. The reason why he pick this present for me because I'm always in the computer most of the time blogging hehehe or checking my items that i sale in eBay. And if he wanna use the computer that we have right now he have to wait or i have to wait. And one thing is if he goes to bed he want me to be in there too, so he decided to bought the laptop so i can be in bed but still doing my online stuff hehehe...

Don't Feel Good

Yesterday my husband feel really sick, he got sore throat and runny nose so he took sick leave and today i guess he pass it on to me. When i wake up this morning my eyes is watery its like I'm crying all the time and got bad watery runny nose just terrible. I hate it my eyes and nose already hurts from wiping all the time. I take Tylenol and its slowing down for a while and come back again... Hoping my son won't get it so i won't have a hard time and no crying baby.

My husband invited a friend to help him make a flower bed in our rental house and i need to make a supper for them. So i think of making this pizza because this is usually American's food. And they said they loved it :)... Ohhh! i love complement it makes me to do it again hehehe. Well i like it too LOL! love my own. Actually before when i was in the Philippines all i know about cooking is fried and boil. I remember before my uncle who already pass away, he always told me; fried fish again??? pork chop again??? or boiled vegetable with all kalamungay or marungay, in English they called it moringa leaves. In short before i only cooked binukid style .. hehehe..

Gardening

This is our flowers and vegetables for our garden this summer. I plant them inside in our house two months ago when its still freezing cold outside now its spring time ready to plant outside. I do this because its cheaper this way than going to a greenhouse that cost me like $1.00 or more each plant so i just buy a seeds online and one package just cost me like a $1.00 or $2.00 and you can have lots of plants for that amount. Its not hard i just have to water it everyday plus i love plants inside my house. The only problem i have is my little guy trying to reach it so i have to watch out most of the time if he play on that room where my plants at. So hope someday we can have a budget for mini greenhouse next to our house :)... I love flowers and fresh vegetables which is we can only have it during summer time. Its different from where i grow up in the Philippines that all year long we always have it.

Before and After

This is our living room 1st picture i took this before when i don't have the baby yet. Very relaxing, clean and well arrange. Now the second picture is our present living room that turn into a big mess. This not just in our our living room but all over the house, toys all over, digging on my kitchen utensils and hide it everywhere, remove my clothes from the dresser. I can't even have plants no more below or in the floor because he gonna dig the soil. And the responsible for all of it is not a tornado but my 15 months old son. Before i always follow his mess but now I'm getting tired because every time i clean the house and I'm not even done yet he already start pulling apart again. Oh well i already accept that this is life with kids and the fact that they just wanna explore so I'm backing OFF:)...Hindi na kaya ng powers ko as in kili2x power. Hehehe!!! So parents out there just take it easy!!! Just relax and watch a movie :)

Rental house

We have other house where my husband live when he was still single when we got married he bought other house which is next to it and a little bit bigger. That house is for sale but because the market right now is so down it didn't sale so we been renting it out for a while. Now we got this renter that is so stressful for us always pay late and sometimes don't pay for one month. Its driving' me nuts of course we had to pay for the mortgage from our pocket and our budget is just so hectic right now. Within this month the lease gonna end so were hoping they will leave the house voluntary then later on we can find a good renter or maybe a buyer. This house is on the market under remax realty.

Got stimulus Check!!!

Hey guys we got our stimulus check today Whew! Me and my husband got $600 each and my son got $300 a total of $1500... Hurray! Perfect got money now to pay my credit card and for my brother's enrollment to college. Thanks god.

New Blogger!!!

Yesterday i started sign in here ...I kinda like it . I manage my time really good :) spending my whole night in front of my PC. Good thing my husband was gone fishing so nobody gonna tell me " Honey its getting late, time for bed :) " and my son sleep tight by himself. So i was wide awake until 2:00 am click here click there and everywhere trying to figure out about blogging and make my page looks nice, suddenly i was blocked by Gmail and blogger.com it said "security certificate errors" Getting upset! watta heck in this world blocked me. It took me about 3 hours to figure out whats going on, gosh imagine that! And the reason? so cheap! its just the date & time of my computer it goes advance to November instead of April. Great! So guys if you encounter any problem like this or pop-ups just to go to your Internet explorer and click tools then Internet options and theirs lots of list of any different problems to guides you to solve it.
